1. When performing high-frequency, medium-frequency, and power-frequency induction heating operations, special attention should be paid to preventing electric shock. Before working, operators of low price induction heaters should wear insulating protective equipment, and rubber pads should be laid on the floor of the operation room, and attention should be paid to prevent cooling water from spilling on the floor and other places.
2. The internal insulation of low price induction heater must be good and the grounding is reliable. A protective fence should be installed around the equipment. After the high-voltage switch is turned on, no one is allowed to move in the dangerous range. The operating room should be brightly lit, install exhaust equipment, maintain good ventilation, and control the indoor temperature at 18-35 °C.

3. The cooling water must be passed through before the low price induction heater is started, and the water pressure is 1.2～2atm (1atm=0.1MPa). Load the workpiece into the sensor, and close all the doors of the cabinet.
4. Regularly replace the transformer oil in the capacitor, no longer than half a year, and check whether the "clamp" is in good contact.
5. The low price induction heater should be kept clean and dry. If an abnormal phenomenon occurs during the work, the high-voltage power supply should be cut off immediately, and the work can be continued after inspection and troubleshooting. The low price induction heater should be overhauled by a special person. During overhaul, discharge should be performed first, and then overhauled to ensure personal safety.
